Making 2010 a better year begins by changing one’s self. The woman symbolizes the Philippines which means you’re part of the changing. She’s unzipping her dress (that has been stained and damaged caused by environmental and man-made catastrophes) in order to change and start a new life. Absence of cultural values is the root of all evilness. Let these unlawful manners never rule us again.
